Right of Withdrawal

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as eBooks in PDF or EPUB format) once the download or access has begun, provided that:

• you have expressly consented to the execution of the contract beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access starts.

By completing your purchase and accessing the digital product, you agree that the content will be made available immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download or access has started.
